- Villagers in the city
The car took us to Microsoft. Princess Laila was resting luxuriously in the back seat while Sangeeth Varghese drove slowly.
· Princess: "You know Sangeeth, we feel like we are bushmen from Africa in the film Gods Must Be Crazy. Everything big and new."
Sangeeth had a hearty laugh over that.Princess` chief secretary Anil Emage was uncomfortably wriggling in his new Levis black full sleeve shirt tucked in as the village team thought to keep bit of decency in Microsoft and the VT(Village Trainer) had to say temporarily good bye to his trademark T-Shirt.But afterall appearnce is deceptive.
At the entrance.Bombsquad checking for potential explosives in LeadCap car.Luckily nobody was caught and it is a queer thing that people can even guess for a second that such wonderful innocent people can be suspected as potential trouble makers. But the villagers felt very happy as they know only very very big and dangerous people are searched for this kind of things.
· Sangeeth."Its a pity they didnt check inside. The Leadership bomb is inside."(Pointing Anil Emage)
Princess Laila splashed a broadband laugh.
It was indeed an adventure for the Villagers.Big Big Microsoft…..
"When the good Lord shuts the door on your face somewhere he opens a window for you. That is Microsoft Windows."(Princess whispered in Anil`s ear.)
It was full of fun and love.
The villagers for the first time met their good friend Sangeeth in flesh and specks. They liked him very much and he treated them like they were some visiting dignitaries from NASA or form the palace of an Arabian country. The villagers were pleasantly shocked by his simplicity and the utmost care taken by him to make them comfortable.Eventhough he had invited many VIPs for the YLP training for him the villagers were the most important of all.The villagers were not only happy but felt like they were not visitors but a very very important part of everything.Anil Emage was totally shocked by the faith Sangeeth had shown in him as a trainer and a fellow traveler when Sangeeth invited him to present papers on Leadership Village and Living Library. He had never seen Emage before in his life, has no idea how he performs in a session and YLP was a very crucial initiative for both Microsoft and LeadCap .Snageeth just expressed his complete faith in Emage and that unconditional belief only made Emage to sit up all night and prepare the finest talk of his life. Its a big wonder how one person moves heaven or earth for another person simply because they had faith in each other.
· Long Live Leadership Village…….
