Bangalore is more closer...now, less a strange city. There are people waiting, still. relationships cemented, new plans are formulated. The village trainers were very happy to step down and eagerly looked forward to meet their friends.
Brookfield was the destination, where LeadCap is situated. the name Brookfield always reminded the villagers something of Hollywood. A fascinating name like Meril Streep or Julia Roberts. At Cosmos Mall stop good old Nibras was waiting with a packet of hot Mallu food for the villagers. Eyes glistened, smiles flashed and hearts missed a couple of beats. Great to meet good people again!
"Very very sorry, I won't be able to meet you today! But tomorrow morning I shall be there for you...' That was Sangeeth.
The next morning, in LeadCap, the village trainers met Sangeeth. Three years have gone by. An ocean of change have swept by for the villagers. They sat sitting face to face with a global leadership figure, but for the villagers, he was always the good friend, a brother who is just an SMS or a phone call away. That afternoon he took the villagers for the next adventure. this time it was to SAP Labs, a global software development organisation. This time the villagers were very calm and comfortable.
The very next day was the launch of Global Shapers Karnataka, a World Economic Forum event organised by LeadCap and hosted by SAP. The village trainers were special guests for the event, and needless to say they had a whale of a time. It was indeed Gods Must Be Crazy Part Two !!
That day they witnessed the first ever leadership talk of Sangeeth. They were mesmerized by their friend`s performance. It was indeed the finest leadership session they had ever attended in their life. They were glad they met him somewhere down the line. He gifted them a few of the finest human relationships ever possible and moments that changed many a life in an unknown land called Wayanad.
Sangeeth keep inspiring all of us
